Roka & Engagement
Intimate, ritual-led beginnings designed for close family — held in heritage havelis, garden estates or your home, with bespoke stationery and an heirloom-grade ring tray.
Intimate · 30–80 guestsWe design heirloom weddings rooted in Indian ritual — sculpted with cinematic detail, choreographed with restraint, and remembered for generations.
Founded in the pink city of Jaipur, Vivah Utsav Events began with a single, stubborn belief — that an Indian wedding deserves the same craft we give to film, fashion and architecture. We are planners, set designers, florists, choreographers and storytellers, working as a single hand.
From the first roka to the last farewell, every gesture is intentional. The marigolds are sourced from a particular farm. The brass is rented from the same family for ten years. The light at 4:47 PM falls exactly where the bride will sit. That is the work.

Intimate · 30–80 guestsSunlit afternoons in marigold, raw mango and turmeric. We bring qawwali singers, mehndi artists from Sojati Gate, and decor that turns Instagram into oil painting.
Daytime · vibrant · ritualA full production — choreography, LED stage architecture, live percussion and a flying-saucer dance floor. Built to peak at exactly the right song.
Show · 200–800 guestsFrom the white horse and dhol players to the seven sacred pheras under a hand-built mandap — choreographed minute by minute so the family only has to feel.
Cinematic · all-dayUdaipur palaces, Goa beaches, Jaipur forts, Dubai resorts. Logistics, hospitality, transport, permits, vendor curation — handled end-to-end by our travelling crew of 40.
Multi-city · multi-dayAn in-house design studio — mood boards, 3D mandap renders, custom fabrication, floral architecture and lighting design. We don't decorate venues. We compose them.
Design-led · in-house“A wedding is the only film where the cast doesn't get a second take. We build, rehearse and obsess so that you can be fully present — and only present — on the day.

A long, unhurried conversation. Family, taste, fears, dreams. We listen for the wedding hidden inside your story.
Week 1Mood boards, fabric swatches, 3D renders of every mandap and stage. You see the wedding before it exists.
Week 2–6Venues, photographers, decorators, caterers, bandwallas. We pick a team that already speaks one language.
Month 2–4A minute-by-minute timeline for seven days. Family briefs. Rehearsals. Backup plans for the backup plans.
Month 4–6Forty people on the ground. Walkies, runners, fixers. The kind of calm that only deep preparation can buy.
Wedding weekThe vidaai, the cleanup, the album. A handwritten note arrives at your home one week later. The story closes.
AfterAanya and her team didn't plan our wedding — they understood our family. Three different cultures, one mother who cried at every menu tasting, and somehow they made it all sing.
The mandap they built for our wedding is now framed on our living room wall as a sketch. That tells you everything. They design things you want to keep.
500 guests, three venues, four days, two religions and a 14-hour baraat. I never once had to make a decision. That is the gift Vivah Utsav gives a bride.
We interviewed seven planners. Vivah Utsav was the only one who asked about my grandmother before they asked about the budget. That is why we chose them.
We accept twelve weddings a year. Slots for the next two seasons fill quickly — please share a few details and we'll write back within 24 hours.
